Rebates
Acupuncture treatments are covered by most private health funds. Please contact your provider to confirm your eligibility and rebate details.
Rebates for Chinese herbal medicine are available with selected funds — kindly check with your insurer for specifics.
Please note that private health funds generally do not provide rebates for online consultations, as they typically require in-person appointments.

Fees, Cancellations & Policies
- Please be advised that the full consultation fee applies to both initial and follow-up consultations, even if no treatment is administered.
- We request that you notify us at your earliest convenience if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. All cancellations or changes must be made no later than the business day before your scheduled appointment.
- Custom granule herbs are priced at $10 - $15 per day.

- As is standard in the health industry, once Chinese herbal medicine has been dispensed, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. Thank you for your understanding.
